How Do I Join?

Online

  1. Click on 'register now' at the top of this page and complete the short online application form.
  2. Select the store to collect your membership card from.
  3. Alternatively, browse this site, find your closest store and the DVD you want to rent and you will then be led through the registration process.
  4. Take 1 form of ID into your nominated store and collect your card. Acceptable forms of ID are as follows,
    • Driving Licence
    • Passport
    • Utility Bill
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • Bank/Building Society Statement
    • Credit Card Bill
    • Wage Slip
    • Birth Certificate
    • NHS Medical Card
    • National Insurance Card
  5. Claim your FREE rental

In Store

  1. Go into any rentithere store with a rentithere touchscreen terminal.
  2. Follow the simple instructions on the touchscreen and complete your details.
  3. Take 1 form of ID to the counter and collect your card. Acceptable forms of ID are as follows,
    • Driving Licence
    • Passport
    • Utility Bill
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • Bank/Building Society Statement
    • Credit Card Bill
    • Wage Slip
    • Birth Certificate
    • NHS Medical Card
    • National Insurance Card

By Phone

  1. Phone rentithere on 01283 553 086. Our friendly operator will take your details and complete your application.
  2. Receive your rentithere card in the post.
  3. Take your card and 1 form of ID into any participating rentithere store to activate your card . Acceptable forms of ID are as follows,

  4. Claim your FREE rental

I've lost my card

Report it immediately to your local store who will cancel the card and issue a new one. You will need to show one form of ID to activate your new card. Acceptable forms of ID are as follows,

  • Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • Utility Bill
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank/Building Society Statement
  • Credit Card Bill
  • Wage Slip

If you wish to change your personal details please sign in, go to 'account' (you'll find both links at the top of the page) click on 'edit personal details' and make the amendments you require.
