What if I lose my card?
Report it immediately to your local store who will cancel the card and issue a new one. You will need to show one form of ID to activate your new card. Acceptable forms of ID are as follows,
- Driving Licence
- Passport
- Utility Bill
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank/Building Society Statement
- Credit Card Bill
- Wage Slip
- Birth Certificate
- NHS Medical Card
- National Insurance Card
What if my disk is damaged?
Return it immediately to the store you rented it from for a replacement
What if I lose my disk?
Report it immediately to your local store. Please note you may incur a penalty charge
How long can I reserve a title for?
Online
If you opt to pay in store you have one hour from the time of reservation. If you pay online you have the remainder of your rental period to collect. Please check store opening hours.
In Store
If you reserve a title on the touchscreen it will be reserved for you for the next half hour.
